Handling of Personal Information
Trin Work (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) manages personal information provided by users appropriately and with due care. The Company implements preventive measures against loss, alteration, or leakage of personal information, and in the unlikely event of such an incident, will take prompt corrective action.
Definition of Personal Information
The term “personal information” refers to “personal information” as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. This includes information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific individual, such as name, telephone number, contact details, or other descriptions, as well as biometric data including facial images, fingerprints, and voiceprints, and information such as insurer numbers on health insurance cards that can identify an individual on their own (personally identifiable information).

The Company collects personal information such as names and email addresses through contact forms when users submit enquiries.
Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company uses personal information only for the following purposes and does not use such information for any other purposes:

This website and the services provided by the Company are primarily intended for users residing in Japan. - When cooperation is required with national or local government bodies, or parties entrusted by them, in carrying out legally prescribed duties, and obtaining the individual’s consent may hinder the performance of such duties.
- When the following matters have been notified or made public in advance and the Company has submitted a notification to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
- That the purpose of use includes provision to third parties.
- The items of personal information to be provided to third parties.
- The means or methods of providing personal information to third parties.
- That provision of personal information to third parties will be suspended upon request by the individual.
- The method for accepting such requests from the individual.
Requests for Addition, Change, Correction, or Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If an individual wishes to request the addition, change, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information, the Company will verify the individual’s identity by comparing the submitted information with its records. Upon confirmation, the Company will take appropriate action as necessary. Please note that it may take some time to respond to such requests.
